Demanding clients, difficult sectors: our playground.
CBD, distance selling of alcohol, coffee, marketplaces: our clients turn over €1.7M a month in these sectors, and we run them day to day. Which means the more conventional sites, with fewer constraints, hold no surprises for us either.
15 CBD stores migrated, without closing for a single day.
The challenge. A group of 15 stores on ageing Prestashop versions — plus a few Shopify sites to bring back to Prestashop on cost grounds. And SEO carrying most of the acquisition — strictly off limits.
What we did. A migration orchestrated store by store — including from Shopify to Prestashop: themes rebuilt, modules cleaned up, redirects mapped precisely, full acceptance testing in Cap. SEO tracked day by day in Dashboard throughout the switchover.
The result. 15 modern, fast sites on Prestashop 8.x, run since then in complete autonomy — the group follows everything in its dashboard and approves priorities on the roadmap.
Planète Soif: the rebuild that got the machine running again.
The challenge. Distance selling of alcohol: the Évin law, age verification, excise duties, fragile parcels and multiple couriers. And a site that no longer matched the group's ambition.
What we did. A complete rebuild of the purchase journey, Odoo plugged into the stores — stock, invoicing, logistics — and acquisition driven by ROAS within tight advertising constraints.
The result. A compliant, industrialised setup where data flows from order to invoice with no re-keying.
One catalogue, every channel.
The challenge. Brands that want to sell everywhere — without hiring a marketplace team, without double entry, without prices drifting apart from one channel to the next.
What we run. Marketplace presence end to end: product feeds, prices, stock and orders synced from the back office, repricing tracked in Dashboard, disputes and seller performance handled by the team.
The result. Channels that add up, without creating a second workload on the client's side.
Wake Café: all customer support handed to the agency, from orders to machines.
The challenge. A coffee e-commerce taking off, and a support desk overflowing: parcel tracking, subscriptions to change, machines to fix. The founding team was spending whole days on it.
What we run. The whole of customer support: first line handled by our AI agents trained on the catalogue, second line by our support team in Casablanca, technical escalation to the right hands. All of it traced, measured and tracked in the dashboard.
The result. Customers who get an answer the same day, and founders who got their real job back: coffee.
of e-commerce revenue running through our hands every month. And it's growing.
